Continue blasting rust and paint off with your wet sandblasting kit. Each ceramic nozzle is good for up to 3 uses. Simply replace the ceramic nozzle from your wet sandblasting kit to ensure the efficiency of your wet sandblasting kit. 


WHEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR  NOZZLE: 

AS SOON AS YOUR NOZZLE HAS BEEN CHIPPED AWAY BY THE PRESSURE OF THE WATER AND SAND MEDIUM 

WORN-OUT NOZZLES CAUSE:

  • Overall pressure loss
  • A decrease in the speed of the abrasive particles coming from the nozzle by up to 235 mph (slower)
  • Halving productivity
  • The costly waste of sand
  • Clean-up costs

 

HOW TO INSTALL: 

How to change your nozzle:  Now you know how important it is to continuously change your nozzle. Below are some step-by-step photos demonstrating the process of changing your nozzle.


 

             


  • Remove the blasting nozzle from the wand to remove the old ceramic nozzle inside.
  • Insert the new ceramic nozzle and re-attach the blasting nozzle on the wand.
